Great place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost necklace on my first stay. Highly recommended! I'll be back for Christmas.

pleasant staff but limited evening options
The staff provided excellent assistance throughout our stay, always willing to help with any queries. Our room offered a stunning view of the Forth which truly enhanced our experience.

Proximity to scenic attractions, luxurious room amenities, comfortable outdoor seating
Rooms lack adequate soundproofing!!! Cleanliness could be greatly improved, especially in the bathrooms!!! The shower facilities need better pressure and functionality!!!

Super comfy and dog-friendly!
We just loved this place! The room was super spacious, and they made our pups feel at home—with a doggy bed and treats! The staff were super chill and helped us out when we rolled in late after a long drive. Only thing was breakfast got kinda busy, and we had to wait. Still, totally coming back!
